By the time you read this, you are likely en route to Italy to join thousands of buyers, specifiers and operators at HOST 2015 in Milan. The 39th edition of the biennial show, Oct. 23-27 at Fiera Milano Exhibition Centre offers a host of catering and foodservice equipment and supplies exhibits, events and presentations.
HOST 2015 includes six pavilions covering the gamut of equipment and supplies as well as exhibitor-sponsored events exploring topics ranging from the evolution and future of cooking and pastry-making technologies; refrigeration, energy management and maintenance; and smart-system management. In addition, there will be presentations about experiences in integrated HVACR systems engineering and a discussion about how it affects technical management.
The idea of “Best in Hospitality Consultancy” will be examined in goal-oriented workshops organized by Foodservice Consultants Society Int’l. More than 400 special events are scheduled, including programs and exhibits covering the markets for tableware and furniture.
