Rippe Adds Management Consultant

Robert Rippe & Associates has hired Joie Schoonover as Management Consultant, a role in which she will provide and implement operational solutions to clients throughout the country.

Schoonover brings more than 30 years of industry experience to her new role at the Minnetonka, Minn., consultancy, including the past seven years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There she was instrumental in streamlining systems and realizing efficiencies by changing from traditional serving lines to marketplace dining, adding up to increased student satisfaction and lowered food costs. Schoonover is an active member of NACUFS where she has served on regional councils and national committees.
