Alto-Shaam Makes It Official In Dubai

Alto-Shaam hosted the grand opening of its Dubai office last month.

The Menomonee Falls, Wis., manufacturer’s Middle East & Africa office, officially opened December 16, is to provide additional support to its business in region, by showcasing its equipment and systems and offering culinary and service training seminars to local chefs.

“Alto-Shaam’s vision is to inspire our customers with innovative products and services in every kitchen around the world,” said Steve Maahs, Alto-Shaam President and COO. “Our goal is to understand our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations; opening an office in Dubai will allow us to do this at a higher level of service.”

Gabriel Estrella Talentti, appointed to lead the office, will oversee Alto-Shaam’s sales growth and development in the region through independent dealers, distributors, direct customers and foodservice consultants. Estrella Talentti called the opening “a commitment to our customer in the region, to assist them by providing a fast response to their inquiries. At the same time,” he added, “we are pleased to launch Alto Shaam Culinary Institute Middle East & Africa, which allows us to conduct trainings for new and existing customers and experience live our equipment from our cook and hold units to our QuickChillers.”

The office is located at Gold & Diamond Park, Block 2, Office 2220, Dubai, UAE.
