FEDA Offers Compensation And Benefits Survey

FEDA continues to gear up for its 2016 Annual Convention next month in Tucson. “Who Moved My Model? How to Deal with the Changing Landscape and its Impact on Your Company,” is slated to run March 30-April 3 at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort.

Meanwhile, the February 15 deadline for the association’s compensation and benefits survey is only a week away. To help its members evaluate their own companies’ compensation plans, FEDA is cosponsoring the 2016 Employee Compensation Study; the study, conducted by Profit Planning Group, is surveying approximately 1,000 distribution companies in 30 different fields and industries.

The survey—conducted every four years—is free to FEDA members; participation is required to receive a copy of the results. PDF and Excel versions of the survey can be found in the members- only section of FEDA’s website. Completed surveys must be submitted by February 15.
