Industry Moves And Promotions:

Bettcher Industries has tapped Gregory Nolff as Area Sales Manager in the company’s Food Service Equipment Group. In this position, Nolff is responsible for the sale of all Bettcher foodservice equipment to operators and authorized channel partners in the western states and provinces of the United States and Canada. He also is responsible for identifying, recommending, directing and managing the Birmingham, Ohio, firm’s distributor relationships in the Western Region territory. Nolff is a veteran of more than 30 years in the foodservice equipment industry, including more than a dozen years at Henny Penny Corp., progressing from a post as regional sales manager to serving as strategic accounts manager.

Leon Trevino has joined Robot Coupe U.S.A. in the new position of Market Solutions Advisor. He’ll focus on expanding opportunities in multiunit environments, including healthcare, school foodservice, culinary schools, and chains, and work with the company’s reps and dealers throughout the western United States. Trevino has more than 15 years’ experience in the foodservice industry, both as executive chef for various restaurants in the Chicago area, and as regional sales manager/director of sales for Eloma North America in Southern California. Robot Coupe is based in Ridgeland, Miss.

T&S Brass and Bronze Works has hired Becky Wampler as Sales Coordinator. She’ll provide general support to the sales department, assist with coordinating training, and support trade show and buying group activities for the sales and marketing teams at the Traveler’s Rest, S.C., company.

In a move that helps bolster the company’s design and leadership depth, Reitano Design Group has hired Chris Wair as a Design Principal. He will lead the design process for high-profile projects and provide mentorship to the RDG design team, as a whole. Wair brings 34 years’ experience to the Indianapolis firm; he most recently served as GM in the Denver office of Hockenbergs. His background also includes experience with PHT Systems and C&T Design and Equipment Co.

As it marks its 95th anniversary, Woodridge, Ill.-based Edward Don & Company has announced several organizational promotions. Maryann May has been appointed to Managing Director-Information Technology. Al May has been named Managing Director-Supply Chain Management; John Fahey is Don’s new Managing Director-Credit and Treasury. Pete Angenend has been appointed Managing Director-Merchandising, and Jay Chernoff now fills the office of Managing Director-IMCO.

San Antonio-based Ace Mart Restaurant Supply recently presented its annual Factory Representative of the Year Awards. Winners were DJ Marketing’s Jeff Miller, David Miller and Ryan Miller. True Mfg.’s Lee Elliott and Randy Bates; and Forbes, Hever & Wallace’s Jim Hever, Alicia Dees, Justin Olivares, Hoyt Totty and John Hever. It was True Mfg.’s tenth award and the fourth for DJ Marketing.

Carpigiani/Ali Group has appointed The YES Group as its new rep firm for Minnesota, western Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. The YES group, based in Mendota Heights, Minn., represents 22 other major brands in the foodservice industry including sister Ali Group companies Champion Industries, Beverage-Air and Moffat.
