SHFM Issues 2017 Standards And Benchmarking Study

The Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Management has released its 2017 Industry Standards and Benchmarking Comparisons Study. The study, which originated in the mid-1990s, offers critical data to consider for evaluation and improvement.

The full study, available for $750, is free to SHFM members via download at the association’s revamped website. Non-members interested in the study can join SHFM to access it.
