Salvajor has hired Jim Ottmer, CFSP, as its new National Sales Manager. Ottmer joins the Kansas City, Mo.-based maker of foodwaste systems and disposers from the dealer side of the business; he spent 14 years with Rapids as v.p.-business development. In his new role at Salvajor, Ottmer will oversee buying groups, dealers and reps and help lead sales and marketing strategies.

Chrane Foodservice Solutions has been tapped as manufacturer’s reps for Waring Commercial in the Texas and Oklahoma territory. Chrane, based in Irving, Texas, is helmed by its cofounder, Duane Guidry.

Food truck manufacturer On The Move is consolidating its production into a larger facility in the San Antonio area. The company has partnered with Shook Mobile Technology, a Texas-based mobile operation, to utilize its 70,000 sq.ft. plant to manufacture all three of On The Move’s models. On The Move is also partnered with Camping World as its national service center.
