Pacojet Junior Focuses Micro-Pureeing Essentials

The Junior is the youngest member of the Pacojet product family, an entry-level model that exclusively performs pacotizing: micro-pureeing fresh, deep-frozen food preparations under pressure to produce velvety-smooth mousses, soups, sauces and ice creams. The Pacojet Junior offers specific portioning and can process entire beakers at once or in 10 individual portions. Features include an energy-saving standby function and a monitor and rescue function for processing overfilled beakers.
