An additional 250 items were excluded from the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese imports, the U.S. Trade Representative announced on Oct. 2.

According to NAFEM, the association and its foodservice equipment manufacturer members have secured a total of 323 product exclusions from the tariffs to date, as a result of members’ efforts during the comment periods.

The additional exclusions are for goods appearing on the USTA's List 1 and List 2, and are available to any importers of the excluded products.

For a complete list of NAFEM exclusion requests and the product exclusions granted to-date, visit the association's website.
