Alto-Shaam Makes 2 Senior Appointments

The new hires—one of whom hails from TurboChef Technologies—collectively add about 36 years of industry experience to the manufacturer’s team.

Two senior appointments were announced at Alto-Shaam, joining the domestic key accounts team.

The fresh hires are as follows:

• Ronald Massaro: Massaro was appointed as director of national accounts; he will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key domestic national accounts, ensuring year-on-year growth targets as well as customer expectations are met. Massaro has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry, most recently serving as the regional VP of sales at TurboChef Technologies. He will report to Brian Newland, Alto-Shaam’s SVP of national accounts.

• Kerri Kolzow: As the business development manager for key accounts, Kolzow will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in new and existing key foodservice chain accounts. She has over 10 years of sales and business development experience, including over six years working across the foodservice, retail and hospitality sectors. In 2022, while at 365 Retail Markets, she was acknowledged among the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management’s Rising Stars of the year. Kolzow will report to Bill Rodgers, Alto-Shaam’s director of regional key accounts.
