Antunes Taps New Yum Brands Account Manager

Carol Stream, Ill.-based Antunes has hired Zach Waas as an account manager to head up the Yum Brands account.

Waas has over a decade of experience in engineering and sales and over eight years of experience in the OEM foodservice equipment industry, supporting large QSR brands. In his new role with Antunes, Waas will fully support the Yum Brands account. Yum Brands is the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill and has more than 53,000 restaurants worldwide.

“Antunes is very excited about the wonderful skill set that Zach brings to the sales team and to this important expansionary position we have created,” says Tom Krisch, Antunes executive vice president of sales, in a press release. “From his mechanical engineering degree to his national account experience, we are well positioned for continued future success as we work closer with all Yum Brands globally.”

Antunes is a manufacturer of foodservice equipment, automation solutions and water treatment.
