Avanti Restaurant Solutions Promotes 3 to VP Roles

Avanti Restaurant Solutions announced three promotions this week.

Michael Jernigan has moved up to the role of vice president of design and build. Jernigan, who specializes in high-end restaurant and foodservice design, most recently served as senior director of design and build. He has over 35 years of experience in the business, as principal at JDA and a consultant to Federighi Design and numerous architectural firms. In less than three years, he’s doubled Avanti’s design-and-build revenue while expanding the department to eight full-time employees.

Shawna Snyder now serves as vice president of national accounts after holding the title of director of chain accounts. A 30-year hospitality industry veteran and leader, Snyder sets the tone for the dealership’s chain department with business strategies and procedures, overseeing the chain account teams and promoting its culture and vision to its clients.

Stephen Schneider earned the promotion to vice president of finance. He most recently served as director of finance. Schneider earned Avanti’s 2023 Cultural Icon award. With over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, his leadership helps connect Avanti’s operational and financial divisions and drives initiatives to propel the dealership forward.
