AyrKing has named Adam King to the role of director of strategic accounts. King will be responsible for developing new business with key strategic accounts and strengthening relationships with existing accounts. He also will drive new business opportunities through dealer and direct sales while ensuring effective retention and fulfillment of current business.

King brings experience from both the rep and dealer sides of the foodservice equipment industry. Most recently, King held positions at Mission Restaurant Supply, Oswalt Restaurant Supply and Forbes Hever & Wallace. King also has more than 15 years of experience in the kitchen, having worked as director of food and beverage operations for Star Concessions/Airman Star and SMU.

“We’re excited to welcome Adam to the team,” says Jim Bell, president of AyrKing, in the release. “His combined experience on both sides of the business will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our partnerships with dealers and strategic accounts across the country.”

Last month, AyrKing expanded its engineering team with the hiring of Alex Baker and Rushi Bhakta.
