Bargreen Ellingson Acquires Advanced Chemical Solutions

Tacoma, Wash.-based Bargreen Ellingson, which landed the No. 7 spot on FER’s 2022 Top Dealers report, is expanding its chemical and leasing services after acquiring Advanced Chemical Solutions.

Based in Billings, Mont., Advanced Chemical Solutions focuses on providing the hospitality industry with chemical programs and dishmachine agreements. Bargreen Ellingson says the acquisition further signals its intent to make chemicals and leasing an integral division of the dealership.

The 12-member team at Advanced Chemical Solutions will join Bargreen Ellingson to continue supporting customers who will now have greater access to inventoried dishwashers, dispensers and parts, according to Bargreen Ellingson.
