Bowerman Management Group Founder Passes Away

Ron Bowerman, who started Bowerman Management Group in 1980, passed away suddenly on Aug. 21 at age 71 after battling several health issues over the last few years, announced MAFSI.

Bowerman spent 42 years as a commercial restaurant equipment manufacturers’ representative in the upstate New York area.

“So many knew him as a trusted colleague, mentor and especially as a loyal friend from the industry and alike. He was an active member of MAFSI, serving as both a national board member and active local member. He willingly gave of his time and considerable industry knowledge to all he encountered,” says MAFSI.

A visitation and celebration of life will be held Thursday, Sept. 1, from 4 to 6 p.m., with the funeral service at 6 p.m., at Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home, 3401 Vickery Road, Syracuse, NY. Online condolences can be shared here.
