Perrysburg, Ohio-based Burkett Restaurant Equipment and Supplies has added Daniel Wiemer to its business development team as a key account manager.

In his new role, he will work with new and existing customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. Wiemer joins Burkett after working for another foodservice equipment and supplies dealership for nearly 10 years. In that role, he had a focus on well-known national chain accounts.

“Daniel is known for his advanced ability to develop trust-based relationships with major clients. With his extensive experience in this segment, he is primed and ready to expand Burkett’s relationships by understanding requirements and continuously providing solutions that meet the unique needs of these clients,” says Jameel Burkett, president and CEO, in a press release.

Wiemer’s hiring follows three other sales appointments for Burkett since last month. The dealership also hired Simon Foote as sales manager and Teresa Hart and Michelle Greer as account representatives.

Burkett Restaurant Equipment and Supplies landed the No. 28 spot in FER’s 2022 Top Dealers report.
