CFESA Names Spring Scholars

The application period for the fall term opens Sept. 1.

The recipients of CFESA’s spring 2025 scholarships have been chosen.

Javier Mata, of Coastline Cooling, and Blake Chamberlin, of Whaley Foodservice, earned Service Hero scholarships. Each receive $2,500 toward education and a $1,000 Home Depot gift card for tools.

Additionally, Yasmine Aguado, of RSI – Refrigerated Specialist, earned the association’s Support Hero scholarship. The honor, designed for individuals working in a support staff role at a commercial food equipment service company, includes $2,500 toward resources to further develop the individual’s career.
