Culinary Concepts Promotes K-12-Focused Director

Culinary Concepts has promoted Laura Smith to director of education–business and South Carolina sales. She’ll oversee K-12 education sales across North Carolina and South Carolina while continuing to grow her influence in college, university and consultant partnerships throughout the region.

Smith began her career in dealer sales coverage, later moving into a statewide sales role with Swanson-Girard Associates in South Carolina, where she represented manufacturers for over 17 years. Swanson-Girard merged with Kitchen Resource Group in 2024 to form Culinary Concepts.

Smith also serves on the Paradigm Healthcare and Education Committee.
