Fishman and Associates Adds Three to Design Team

Venice, Fla.-based Fishman and Associates, named Nissco Restaurant Dealer Group’s 2021 Dealer of the Year, added a trio of executives—Nick Morales, Jamison Day and Tia Deines—to its foodservice design team.

The three previously worked for a national foodservice design company in Denver and are experienced using the latest design tools, says the dealership. The team previously supported foodservice operation projects at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Cook Children’s Hospital in Prosper, Texas; and the KPMG corporate campus in Lake Nona, Fla.

Established in 1986, Fishman and Associates provides foodservice design support to clients across various sectors, including restaurants, healthcare, schools and hotels.
