Starting January 6, Greg Ebel will serve as CEO of PRIDE Centric Resources. The announcement follows August’s update that Karin Sugarman made plans to retire. She spent 28 years with the purchasing cooperative.

Ebel has extensive experience in the foodservice equipment industry through his leadership at Manitowoc Ice and Everpure. He most recently served as vice president, global sales and distribution for Pentair, and the Commercial Water Solutions business unit.

“On behalf of the board, our shareholders and our amazing staff I want to express our gratitude to Karin for her many years of leadership,” says Don Lipinski, president of Merchandise Equipment & Supply and the 2024-2025 PRIDE board chairperson, in the release. “She has brought our group to be the leader in our industry. At the same time, we welcome Greg to the team with his many years of leadership and innovation in our industry. Together with Greg we will bring PCR to the next level!”
