Huddle House, Perkins Parent Names CEO

Huddle House and Perkins American Food Co.’s parent company Ascent Hospitality Management has named Paul Damico CEO.

As CEO, Damico will lead Ascent’s next chapter of growth and modernization, the company says, while exploring opportunities to expand its portfolio through the acquisition of additional brands.

Damico brings over four decades of F&B experience within the hospitality industry, specializing in overseeing multi-brand operations. Prior to joining Ascent, he served as CEO at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Global Franchise Group and Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill. He also has held several senior leadership positions at Focus Brands (now GoTo Foods).

Ascent oversees nearly 600 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Huddle House introduced two prototypes this year, while Perkins continues to grow its fast-casual concept Perkins Griddle & Go.
