Ice-O-Matic Names Sales VP

Ice-O-Matic has named Jessica Frankhouse as vice president of sales and customer experience. Frankhouse most recently served the manufacturer as director of sales.

Frankhouse is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across the foodservice industry, including restaurant operations, manufacturer representation, and regional and national leadership roles. Her career includes time spent at Beverage-Air and Victory, sister companies to Ice-O-Matic, where she moved up through the ranks from regional sales manager to director of sales.

Since joining Ice-O-Matic, Frankhouse has played a key role in strengthening customer relationships, aligning sales strategies and implementing initiatives that elevate the customer experience, the manufacturer states in the release.

In her new role, Frankhouse will develop and execute strategies that accelerate sales growth, enhance service excellence and support team development, plus drive other initiatives.
