With 100 years in the rearview, foodservice equipment manufacturer Duke Mfg. is looking ahead, and appointing two new leaders to help guide its future growth. On Tuesday, March 11, the company announced Greg Hake as president and Nedra Sadorf as chief commercial officer.

“I am excited to share an important update about our leadership—an announcement that reflects both our commitment to growth and our dedication to building strong capabilities across our organization,” says Jack Hake, owner and chairman of Duke Mfg., in the press release.

Greg Hake is a third-generation member of the Hake family to be involved in the business. He has been with Duke for 15 years, holding several leadership roles, while also serving on industry boards and associations.

Sadorf, who joined the company in 2023 as chief marketing officer, will partner with Greg in her new role as chief commercial officer. She will oversee Duke’s commercial organization, further integrating marketing, sales, customer care, service and product management with customer experience strategies, notes the release. Before joining Duke, Sadorf held multiple executive leadership positions, spending 10 years in the K-12 education segment and 20 years in customer experience roles.

“Under Nedra and Greg’s guidance, we aim to expand our capabilities, embrace new opportunities, and strengthen our position as a leader in our markets,” CEO Dave Marvel says. “They, and our entire team, are dedicated to nourishing not only our customers but also our employees and the communities that have supported us for the past century.”

Duke’s primary products are in the serving, production, holding, cooking, fabrication and merchandising categories. Besides its St. Louis headquarters, the company has manufacturing facilities in Sedalia, Mo. and Houston, and distribution facilities in Prague, Czech Republic and Shanghai. The Duke Software Development Center is located in the Philippines.
