KaTom Elevates 3 Into Key Roles
The dealer says the changes will continue the company's reputation for innovation, customer service excellence and strategic expansion.

Kodak, Tenn.-based KaTom Restaurant Supply—which ranked No. 4 in this year’s Top Dealers Report—is announcing several leadership transitions.
The following individuals are taking on new roles:
• Paula Chesworth: Chesworth—the daughter of Founder, President and CEO Patricia Bible—has been appointed president, e-commerce; previously, she was vice president of e-commerce. Her understanding of the digital marketplace will be key in her ability to continue to enhance KaTom’s online presence and user experience, says the company.
• Charley Bible: Charley, son of Patricia Bible, moves from vice president of business development into a role as president, design+build, where he will lead the growing division in creative and comprehensive kitchen design, equipment procurement and installation services. “Using his keen eye for detail and a strong track record of project management, Charley will oversee custom solutions designed to serve KaTom’s expanding base of institutional and commercial clients,” notes the release.
• James Rogers: Rogers has been named president, operations, taking responsibility for KaTom’s supply chain, logistics and customer support infrastructure. His commitment to operational excellence and deep understanding of systems optimization will ensure the dealer’s promise of rapid, reliable delivery and industry-leading service continues and evolves.
