Klosterman Duo Joins Boelter

Boelter has hired Mike Klosterman as director of contract and design and Joe Klosterman as senior director of customer success.

As director of contract and design, Mike will focus on growing market share throughout Missouri and the surrounding states. Mike is a third-generation foodservice professional with 17 years of experience in nearly every capacity of the business. During his time as a manufacturers’ rep, he earned a FER 2019 Young Lion award and served on the MAFSI board of directors since 2017.

Joe’s role as senior director of customer success marks a newly created position at Boelter. In this role, Joe will lead the new business development strategy across target customer segments. Joe also will direct the strategy to leverage synergies across all Boelter business units with the goal of maximizing customer success.
