Lincoln Adds 2 to Business’ Sales Side
An individual who's been with the manufacturer for three years was promoted, while a new hire hails from ITW.

Conveyor oven maker Lincoln Foodservice Products shared two staffing updates on July 7.
For one, Simon Maple—the brand’s director of culinary for the past three years—was promoted into a regional sales manager role. Before Lincoln, he spent six years as a corporate chef for Welbilt.
“Simon’s culinary background and direct engagement with customers give him a unique advantage in understanding their challenges and opportunities,” says Lauren Noreika, director of sales at Lincoln. “His ability to translate kitchen experience into strategic value makes him an exceptional partner for our clients and consultants.”
Further, Lincoln has appointed Jason Prantil, formerly the sales director/corporate chef at ITW, as a regional sales manager. Prantil has led national account development, culinary R&D and sales enablement strategies, helping generate multimillion-dollar growth for key accounts, says Lincoln’s release.
“Jason’s unique blend of culinary expertise and sales acumen makes him a tremendous asset to the Lincoln team,” adds Noreika. “His deep industry knowledge and passion for performance-driven solutions align perfectly with our mission to lead the way in conveyor oven innovation.”
The two will work to elevate Lincoln’s customer relationships, support channel partners and deliver industry solutions.
