Marra Forni Adds Rep Agency, Chief Pizzaiolo Officer

Elevate Foodservice Group will represent the manufacturer, while Giulio Adriani becomes chief pizzaiolo officer.

Marra Forni now has a new manufacturers’ rep agency in Elevate Foodservice Group, as well as a new hire: Giulio Adriani, chief pizzaiolo officer.

Elevate will offer Marra Forni products to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Mitch Marcotte, a FER 2020 Young Lion Award winner, founded the agency in 2020.

As chief pizzaiolo officer, Adriani brings with him vast accomplishments including his experience as a successful pizza maker, pizzeria owner, instructor and industry expert, the company says in a release. He has earned certification by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani, and was the head instructor in 2008 at AVPN.

Based in Beltsville, Md., Marra Forni’s products include a full line of brick-oven cooking solutions, refrigerated prep tables, dough mixers and slicers.
