Ohio Distributor Refreshes Executive Leadership Team

Kappus Co., a Cleveland-based foodservice equipment, parts and service provider, has appointed Paul Geist as its general manager, the company announced today.

In the role, Geist will oversee sales, service, operations, marketing, finance, IT and human resources.

Geist brings over 25 years of manufacturing, operations and financial leadership experience to his new position. Most recently, he served as the general manager of a leading truck accessories manufacturer. Further, for more than a decade, Geist served as a field artillery officer in the United States military.

In a press release, Kappus Co. notes that Geist’s strong focus throughout his career on strategy development, commercial and operational execution, financial performance and strategic growth initiatives will be instrumental as he positions the company for continued industry growth.
