Perlick Welcomes Dean Nienhuis as President

Nienhuis will report to TJ Perlick Molinari, CEO of the Milwaukee-based manufacturer.

Perlick, based in Milwaukee, has appointed Dean Nienhuis as president, effective Jan. 5. Nienhuis will report to Perlick’s CEO Theodore “TJ” Perlick Molinari, and oversee daily operations, cross-functional alignment and execution of the company’s long-term strategic vision. His appointment serves as part of Perlick’s next era, marked by a brand evolution and updated leadership.

Nienhuis brings to the role experience in strategy, operations, sales and product development. He most recently served as president of SafanDarley North America, and gained experience building teams and guiding organizations as a former major in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

Other leaders at the fifth-generation family owned company include David Perlick-Molinari as chief marketing officer, and Robert Perlick-Molinari as creative director. Cousin Mark Bergum serves as chairman of the board and cousin Laurie Bergum, shareholder director.

In the release, Perlick recognized Jeff Schwager, former president and GM, for his leadership and contributions. Schwager will continue to serve on Perlick’s board of directors.
