Polar Leasing Names Operations Program Manager

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Polar Leasing Co. promoted Chance Odle to the newly created position of operations program manager.

In this role, Odle will oversee, streamline and expedite planning and procedural requirements from the point a contract is signed to when the product is delivered. The position was created to provide another level of customer support to keep pace with accelerating demand, says the company.

Odle joined Polar Leasing in 2016 as a shop worker, focusing on manufacturing and assembling the company’s walk-in refrigerated and freezer units. He later was promoted to sales representative.
