Rippe Associates Names Matthew Anderson Principal

Rippe Associates has promoted Matthew Anderson to principal of the Hospitality Team. The appointment completes a transition that began in 2024, when Anderson took over the day-to-day leadership of the Hospitality Team, as well as sales and marketing responsibilities.

Anderson pulls from his 20 years of foodservice operations experience in fine-dining, stadiums and arenas, amusement parks, and hotels to design kitchens.

“What’s been exciting for me is when Matthew sits across from a Chef or VP of Food and Beverage, they know he has ‘walked in their shoes’ and will do everything he can to make sure their operation is successful,” says Steve Carlson, who will transition to principal emeritus at the firm. Carlson will assist Anderson as needed with business development and mentorship.
