RSG Adds to Its National Accounts Team

Refrigerated Solutions Group, which includes the brands Norlake and Master-Bilt, has hired Rafael Thissen as key account director. In this role, Thissen will manage several of RSG’s legacy accounts and cultivate relationships with new accounts.

Thissen joins RSG from H&K Int’l., where he served as senior account executive. Before H&K, he was director of client development at RATIONAL and the global corporate chef at Duke Mfg.

RSG’s Vice President of Foodservice Bryan Waechter says in the release, “Rafael has a great reputation in the industry and is a true partner with his chain customers. He is attentive to understanding the application and pain points and applies his culinary and operational experience to develop industry-leading solutions.”
