RSG Appoints Customer Experience Director

Refrigerated Solutions Group, including Norlake and Master-Bilt brands, announced that Danielle Teach joined the company in December as director of customer experience. She joins RSG after more than three decades with ITW Food Equipment Group, including Hobart and Vulcan brands.

RSG states in the release that Teach is recognized across the dealer community as a knowledgeable, dependable and highly respected customer care leader. She brings experience building teams and collaborating across sales, operations and customer partners to elevate the customer experience.
