RSG Brings On Industry Veteran

The new hire, formerly of ITW, has 19-plus years of relevant experience and holds several patents.

This week, Refrigerated Solutions Group welcomed a new member to its commercial leadership team.

Bryan Waechter, who most recently worked as the director of national accounts at Illinois Tool Works, joins the refrigerated equipment manufacturer as its vice president of foodservice national accounts.

At ITW, he helped develop the team’s annual and long-range plans, leading a team of national account managers and growing sales with the Top 100 U.S.-based restaurant chains. He also previously worked as a territory sales manager and sales development manager for ITW’s warewash product line, where he holds multiple patents, RSG adds.

“Bryan will be an excellent addition as we enhance our commercial team to continue supporting our rapid growth,” says Dan Hinkle, RSG’s chief commercial officer. “Bryan’s customer focus, innovative mindset and experience developing collaborative sales teams will position him for success in his new role.”

RSG, parent company of the Master-Bilt and Norlake brands, manufactures products including walk-ins for foodservice operators, among others. The company also recently appointed a former Middleby employee as its vice president of sales, food retail.
