A third-generation family member is settling back in at the equipment manufacturer under a new title.

Ashley Ellis has joined Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Polar Leasing Co. as an inside sales representative.

With nearly four years of experience at the company under his belt, the individual is moving up in the south-central region.

The manufacturer’s new leader brings experience from Accurex, Heritage Foodservice Group and ITW.

The individual, who previously worked at Franke, has a ‘deep understanding’ of the European and North American coffee landscape, says Middleby.

The new hire brings perspective on manufacturing and product engineering, says the walk-in manufacturer.

Next month, the individual, hailing from Pentair, will officially join the manufacturer.

The new hire has over 23 years of experience with another manufacturer, plus chef training.

The individual, who previously worked abroad for Taylor Co., has 11 years of experience in the industry.
