SHFM Names Trio of Directors’ Awards Winners

The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) announced the winners of its Directors’ Awards at the 20th Anniversary Critical Issues Conference in New York City on April 27.

The 2022 Directors’ Awards winners were:

  • Marti Gorum, receiving the Community Service Award. This award is given to an SHFM member who has gone above and beyond to support the corporate foodservice and workplace hospitality industry, as well as their local community.
  • Jenna Calhoun, receiving the Spirit Award. The award is given to an individual who consistently demonstrates loyalty, dedication and enthusiasm for SHFM.
  • Sharon Eliatamby, receiving the Leadership Award. The award is given to an individual whose work on behalf of SHFM and the corporate foodservice and workplace hospitality industry has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities.

SHFM says additional award recipients will be honored at events throughout the year.
