Smart Care Announces Its Next CEO

The service company says the individual is ‘the ideal person’ to lead it through its next phase of growth.

This April, James Mylett will settle in as the new CEO of Smart Care Solutions.

Mylett hails from Schneider Electric, where he was senior vice president of digital buildings; he also is a current Smart Care board member. Mylett boasts leadership experience in service-based businesses within Comfort Systems, Johnson Controls and Carrier Corporation.

“James is an industry-recognized leader, and he is the ideal person to lead Smart Care through its next phase of growth,” says Steve Hochhauser, chairman of Smart Care’s Board of Directors. “His extensive leadership experience in the services industry and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience make him an exceptional fit.”

Mylett succeeds Henry Lees-Buckley, CEO since 2021, who resigned for personal reasons, says a company release.
