Streamlined processes and stronger manufacturer partnerships mark two anticipated benefits of the service companies’ consolidation.

Florida-based Jaguar Coffee, a provider of coffee equipment maintenance and a Smart Care company since 2021, will now operate under the VP Coffee name.

The change, formally announced this week on social media by Smart Care, became effective Sept. 5.

Smart Care says the decision was made to offer consistent branding, stronger OEM partnerships and distribution efficiency, plus streamlined processes (including billing and dispatch). Further, says Smart Care, “A larger, unified team of technicians means better service through shared expertise.”

Smart Care also acquired VP Coffee three years ago. The company is based in Siler City, N.C., and services customers across Florida, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
