Southbend Names Vice President of Sales

The Middleby brand also announced two regional sales manager appointments.

Southbend, a manufacturer of commercial cooking equipment located in Fuquay-Varina, N.C., announced several promotions and a staff addition.

Bryant Woolcock has stepped up to vice president of sales at Southbend while Lauren Buyno and Brett Miller have taken on the roles of regional sales managers for Southbend and Crown Steam Group. Buyno and Miller will report to Woolcock.

Woolcock joined Southbend more than seven years ago. During this time, he has represented Southbend in a variety of capacities and territories. In his new role, Woolcock will lead the Southbend sales efforts with a focus on growing revenues while supporting rep and dealer partners.

Buyno joined Southbend two years ago as a sales engineer. She successfully led its custom suites business, responsible for designing and providing quotes on custom suites and batteries. Buyno will oversee the western U.S. for Southbend as well as Crown Steam Group.

Miller joins Southbend with an extensive culinary background and classical chef training from Johnson & Wales University. Prior to joining Southbend, he worked in corporate chef and K-12 sales positions for Tyson Foods. Miller will be responsible for the southeastern U.S. for Southbend and the Crown Steam Group.
