Southern California-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealerships Tableware Int’l. and FSE have joined forces in a strategic alliance, bringing together over 75 years of industry experience.

The companies say the alliance will create access to enhanced purchasing opportunities and operational synergies, while enabling the dealerships to benefit from economies of scale.

Tableware Int’l., founded in 1989 by Michael Holliday, is known for its tableware portfolio, imported from around the globe. The dealership also offers contract-design work, equipping commercial kitchens, offering furniture and supplying tableware and smallwares packages.

FSE, founded in 1987 by Bruce Wolski, supplies equipment and offers installation and design services. The dealership specializes in supplying new and used equipment from recognized brands in the industry.

“Bruce is a legend in the foodservice industry, and we have been friends and competitors for over 25 years. Our teams are on a first-name basis, and we are all excited for the opportunities ahead,” says Holliday in a press release.
