Specifi Appoints Customer Success Manager

Specifi has appointed Kari Welty to the role of customer success manager, supporting the company’s North American clients. She’ll report to Shawn Kivett, Specifi’s director of sales-North America.
In her new role, Welty will drive customer satisfaction with new and existing clients, deliver engaging software demonstrations, manage accounts, and collaborate with the development team to enhance offerings based on client feedback, among other responsibilities.
Based in Jupiter, Fla., Specifi offers a suite of digital tools that connects dealers, designers, reps and manufacturers.
