Tech24, a provider of repair and maintenance services for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment, has made its eighth add-on acquisition with the purchase of Facilities Management and Peltz Services.

Indianapolis-based Facilities Management is a provider of repair services, preventative maintenance and installation of foodservice equipment for the restaurant industry. The company offers emergency and routine service for refrigeration, hot-side equipment and HVAC.

The acquisition allows Tech24 to expand into central and northern Indiana with “complementary service offerings and new talent for the combined organization,” says Dan Rodstrom, CEO of HCI Equity Partners-backed Tech24, in a press release.

The acquisition marks the first for the year for Tech24, which had a big year last year, picking up Allied Mechanical Services, United Service Technologies, Yukon Refrigeration, Commercial Kitchens and RMS Mechanical Services.
