TriMark’s Harry Gallins Retires

Gallins was one of the founding partners of Foodcraft, which TriMark acquired in 1999.

TriMark USA has shared the retirement of Harry Gallins. He was one of the founding partners of Foodcraft, in Winston-Salem, N.C., and helped solidify the company as an industry leader, resulting in TriMark’s purchase of the company in 1999.

“Throughout his tenure with TriMark, Harry continued to build strong customer and supplier relationships, mentoring rising talent and setting an example of grace and excellence in execution,” TriMark states in a social media post. “We are grateful for the lasting impact Harry has made on TriMark, the people he has connected with, and the foodservice industry. We wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement!”

Other leadership updates at TriMark include a set of promotions and hires in October.
