Unox continues to strengthen its customer support with the hiring of Eric Holder as service director.

In his new role, Holder will oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency and quality in customer support. He will be responsible for managing and developing the Unox service team, optimizing response times and enhancing technical training programs.

Holder has more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry, with expertise in project planning, sales growth, technical service and quality assurance. In his previous roles at Marcone and Marra Forni, Holder has led service teams, expanded service networks and driven revenue growth.

“Eric’s extensive industry experience and leadership in technical service will be instrumental in strengthening our customer relationships,” says Derrick Richardson, president and CEO of Unox North America, in the release.

In February, Unox added two technical training instructors, Ryan Ocampo and John Porter.
