Unox has announced the addition of Sarah Langum as active marketing chef for the Pacific Northwest.

Langum brings culinary expertise and sales acumen to the role. Most recently, she served as a territory sales representative at Bargreen Ellingson. Prior to entering sales, she held culinary roles in Seattle, serving as head chef at Lucia and chef de cuisine for Amazon’s Firefly Cafe under Bon Appetit Management Co.

“Sarah’s unique blend of culinary leadership and frontline sales experience positions her perfectly to support chefs and operators in the Pacific Northwest,” says Derrick Richardson, Unox president of North America, in the release. “She understands the day-to-day realities of professional kitchens and knows how to pair that insight with equipment that delivers real results.”

In her new role, Langum will support chefs, dealers and consultants through hands-on product demonstrations, training and consultation.

Earlier this year, Kyle Coleman joined Unox as active marketing chef for the southwest region.
