Shawn Stoffer—formerly equipment sales manager, southeast for The Vollrath Co. and Stoelting—has joined Lincoln Foodservice Products, a manufacturer of conveyor ovens.

As Lincoln’s sales manager for the eastern region, Stoffer will oversee sales and strategic growth initiatives, driving market share and strengthening relationships with the manufacturer’s dealer and consultant network.

Stoffer, who has over 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry, graduated from Johnson & Wales University. He succeeds Simon Maple, who will transition to the Welbilt Corporate Culinary Team on Dec. 1.

“We are thrilled to welcome Shawn to the Lincoln family,” says Lauren Noreika, director of sales. “His depth of industry knowledge, hands-on culinary insight, and genuine passion for helping customers succeed align perfectly with Lincoln’s values. Shawn has an exceptional ability to connect with people, identify opportunities, and deliver meaningful solutions—qualities that will strengthen our partnerships and help propel our continued growth and innovation in the market.”
