Avanti Restaurant Solutions Promotes 3 to VP Roles

The dealership says the promotions reflect its continued growth, including new business units.

Alexia Rouquette has been promoted to serve as the vice president of marketing, commercial division at Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based The Legacy Cos.

An employee since 2020, the newly appointed individual also has worked at GE, Grainger and Reinhart Foodservice.

The fresh appointments come as the brand embarks on a goal to grow by roughly 10,000 units, among other objectives.

Plus, one of the maker’s tabletop brands will soon ship out of Houston.

Paul Moss joined Thermo-Kool in 2015 and ‘has proven to be a reliable and trusted source.’

International Ali Group companies, meanwhile, are not affected by the change.
