The Sept. 28 teleconference, moderated by sales expert Joe Ellers, focuses on how the inevitability of price increases collides with competition, customer loyalty and sales team reluctance. The teleconference will educate participants on what to do and what not to do when increasing prices, and highlight the role training can play in building team confidence.
