LEGACY COS. ADDS SEVENTH BRAND

Excalibur Products, a Sacramento, Calif., maker of food dehydration equipment, has been acquired by The Legacy Cos. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Legacy is based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. It also owns the Blakeslee, General Foodservice, Greenfield World Trade, Maxx Cold, Omega Juicers, and Zeroll brands.
