Standex Exec Changes Include Kevin Clark As Pres.-Cooking Solutions

Standex Food Service Equipment Group has made several organization changes within its senior leadership team.

Kevin Clark, CFSP, has been named president of Standex Cooking Solutions Group, which encompasses the APW Wyott, Bakers Pride, BKI and Tri-Star brands. Clark joins Standex from his most recent post at Manitowoc Foodservice; he spent five years as president of Delfield Co. and most recently was v.p. strategic and global accounts for the Manitowoc Group. Clark’s resume also includes roles at Wells/Bloomfield and Middleby Marshall.

Standex has promoted Lyall Newby to v.p.-sales for the Cooking Group. He has led the company’s commercial and national account team in business development and sales globally since Jan. 2011. His background includes leadership roles at Middleby Marshall, Yum! Int’l. and McDonald’s Corp.

Scott Jordan, former g.m. of BKI, has been promoted to president of Master-Bilt. Jordan joined Standex FSEG in `08 as g.m./v.p.-operations for BKI; he previously had spent 16 years at Baldor Electric.

Jordan’s g.m. post at BKI will be filled by Matt Price, another veteran of Baldor Electric in sales, sourcing and manufacturing leadership roles.

“These organizational changes significantly strengthen our management team and provide the foundation for our future growth strategies,” said John Abbott, president of New Albany, Miss.-based Standex FSEG.
